Shefali is a qualified bookkeeper holding a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, with over four years of bookkeeping experience, including valuable experience working with not-for-profit organisations. She is also currently progressing her professional journey as a Trainee BAS Agent. Organised, reliable and detail-focused, Shefali has a genuine passion for helping businesses keep their finances clear, accurate and under control. She particularly enjoys preparing neat, well-organised business reports that give clients a better understanding of how their business is performing. Before moving into bookkeeping, Shefali worked in early childhood education, an experience that helped shape her patient, caring and people-focused approach. She later took time away from her career to raise her two boys before returning to the workforce and building her bookkeeping practice. Shefali is known for being strong, independent, compassionate and positive. She has an incredible ability to make the best of every situation. Outside of business, Shefali is a proud mum and passionate plant lover who enjoys watching things grow both in the garden and in business.

Tatiane is the Founder of Assetwise Group, a Registered BAS Agent and experienced bookkeeper with over 23 years of experience helping businesses better understand and manage their finances. Her career spans a diverse range of industries, giving her deep insight into how different businesses operate and what they need to thrive. She has worked with leading organisations including Channel 9, Allnex Industries, Novotel and Arup, where she managed complex financial records, streamlined reporting, and supported key business decisions with accurate, timely data. With qualifications in Accounting, Bookkeeping and Business, Tatiane combines practical financial expertise with a genuine passion for helping business owners succeed. She particularly enjoys simplifying the numbers, improving business processes and mentoring other bookkeepers as they build their own businesses. Known for being driven, approachable and solutions-focused, Tatiane believes business is about more than numbers it’s about people, relationships and helping others achieve their goals. Outside of Assetwise, Tatiane is a proud mum of two and loves spending time with her family and her dogs.

Tahlia is currently studying a Bachelor of Communication at Griffith University and works as Assetwise Group’s Marketing & Admin Coordinator, supporting the team with sharp organisational skills, creativity and a meticulous eye for detail. Before joining Assetwise Group, Tahlia gained valuable customer service and retail experience working with Toyworld, Pandora and Officeworks, developing strong communication, organisation and people skills along the way. Tahlia brings a fresh and creative perspective to the team, with a natural eye for fashion, branding and presentation. She takes pride in making everything look polished, professional and amazing, approaching every task with precision and care. From marketing and social media to administration and client communications, Tahlia helps keep things organised while ensuring the Assetwise brand always looks its best. Outside of work and university, Tahlia loves fashion and spending time with family and friends. Her bubbly personality, creativity and enthusiasm make her a valued part of the Assetwise Group team.
